A neighborhood café built around the roaster
Ryan's started as a single roaster and a handful of mismatched chairs. It grew into the corner where the neighborhood comes to work, study and slow down.
Built for the long stay
We opened with one belief: a great café is a place you can stay all day. So we filled the room with soft seats, sturdy tables, fast WiFi and outlets within reach of every chair.
Remote workers, students and Sunday readers all share the space. The back room handles the meetings; the front room handles the daydreaming.
Why we roast on Sundays
Sunday is our quietest day, so it became roasting day. We bring in green coffee, roast small batches by hand and rest the beans overnight. By Monday the week opens with coffee at its freshest.
What we stand for
Roasted by hand
Every batch is watched, smelled and adjusted by a person — never set-and-forget.
A seat for everyone
Stay five minutes or five hours. The refills, the WiFi and the welcome are the same.
Rooted in the block
We hire from the neighborhood and host the events that bring it together.
